Apartment Remodel Update : Let’s try this again.

The apartment remodel has been on hold for exactly 7 months after the first contractor went adios on us. Not much has happened since then but yesterday we finally sat down and had a pretty serious conversation about the options.

The engineer is coming out one more time and then I think we may be realllly close to hammers & nails finally coming out.
