Refund policy
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Returns on non-vintage items - including cowhides - are gladly accepted within 30 days for store/website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. Please make sure to open and inspect your order within the 30 day period - as any claims cannot be made thereafter. Please note that sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. VINTAGE + CUSTOM GOODS
All sales on vintage and custom goods are final {we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items}. We describe all vintage items, through both photography and copy, as accurately as possible. If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase. .
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. SALES TAX
We collect 7.875% Missouri sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Missouri. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
OUT OF STOCK
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case we will notify you & refund your monies immediately. A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock. In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page.
SHIPPING - GENERAL
All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days using Pirate Ship software that will determine if the package will ship via USPS or UPS. You will recieve a tracking number via email once the shipping label is created. Cactus Creek is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All things ship for $3 all of the time. Cactus Creek does accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us via text at (816) 878-2278 if you have any questions regarding shipping, tracking or returns.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - DUTIES AND FEES
Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. As a business, we are obligated to declare all items as merchandise. We are not able to mark items as "gift". * If you live outside of the continental US please contact us directly for shipping rates.
SHIPPING - NOTIFICATIONS
Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility and Cactus Creek is no longer liable. All orders shipped via USPS automatically include up to $50 insurance. If you would like to include additional insurance on a USPS order, please contact us directly via text at (816) 878-2278.
SHIPPING - INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT/MISDIRECTED ADDRESS/ORDER CANCELLATION
If you mistakenly provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address or would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct it immediately with no problem. if your order has already been shipped via USPS, we must wait until delivery is attempted and then returned back to us before we can change the address or provide you with a refund - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges will incur for reshipment.

Cactus Creek respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit to any of our locations, on the road, or online.
