Imagine this: stepping into an impeccably designed home, where every piece of furniture, every wall hanging, and each tiny decor item tells a story. Now, what if I told you that not a single item in that room came from a department store or boutique, but instead was sourced from one of the three Hillcrest thrift shops in Kansas City? That's the ambitious challenge taken on by eight designers in Kansas City, all to serve a heartwarming cause.
Hillcrest Designers Showcase House is a charitable endeavor that connects the community's design talent to uplift and support working homeless families, individuals, and youth. Cactus Creek is so proud to be part of this initiative, and we cannot wait to see how this project inspires our community. With the new Parkville, Missouri home as its canvas, this project has set out to not just create beauty, but to build a better future for those in need.
