Sharing a bathroom with three boys for the last 11 years has taught our family two things. The first is patience, of course, you must be patient to wait your turn - and also courteous enough to get out of the bathroom as fast as possible and get dressed in the privacy of your own room. The second lesson from a large family sharing one bathroom is to clean up your mess. There is no space for your mess - keep it clean and tidy.

This bathroom remodel was finished in 2022 - before that it was a pathetic room with the original claw foot bath tub and a rod for a shower. Claw foot bath tubs sound romantic but trust me, they are not fun for showering or cleaning or basically any other actual functional use for a family.
