When this Cactus Creek cowhide found a new home at Junk Bonanza I was blown away by the bold look this family created by painting their wood floors black. My first thought was that it took a lot of courage - I'm not sure you can undo this kind of design decision. I was impressed - and a little envious - of their sublime audacity. How many people warned about the regrets they might have? This is exactly why we really shouldn't ask anyone what they think about our dream designs - there are rarely regrets when we follow our gut, and after all - it's just a floor right?
